The seat height issue could be solved with a longer post, and I would look for a dropper with more than the included 125mm of travel. The 720mm-wide handlebars also make for a tight fit for taller riders. It is also important to remember that even after you know what type of bike is best suited for you to also make sure it fits you properly. Make sure to get on the bicycle and actually ride it a bit.
