For car camping trips, tent weight and packed size aren’t an issue. But when you need to hike with a backpack over tough terrains, you need something lighter and compact.
When it comes to outdoor camping, it is a great choice to people warm in to a sunny, hot place, or simply for relaxing and sleeping. Ozark tents are also a great choice for outdoor activities, as they are often used to protect people from rain and sun. In addition, the luminous sun tent is easier to find and attract more in the sun. After spending a lot of time with Ozark Trail tents, my final verdict is that they’re excellent budget friendly tents.
You can use it all year round and on top of it, it looks great. It lacks the advanced features of premium backpacking tents but it’s a perfect package for newbies. These tents aren’t designed for tackling rough weather conditions and heavy wind loads. But the waterproofing is good enough to keep you protected from the occasional rains. Cabin tents are larger in size and their straight walls also offer more space.
The bad news is that there are no replacement parts, so if it breaks you’ll have to get a refund or an exchange. Not ideal if you’re planning to go on a backpacking trip where you carry your tent in your bag. Many higher quality tents could cost 3 or 4 times that amount. This roomy option (20′ L x 9′ W x84″ H) offers similar perks as the above 12-person option, but with a little more privacy. It comes with two room dividers to keep you from having to share trail snacks or your airbed, as well as a couple of closets for your storage needs. One removable divider is made with silver-coated fabric, making it a potential movie screen for optimal outdoor entertainment.
