Its not packing the tubes to the filter and its pulling tobacco back into the machine leaving another void at the end. I have been using the same brand tubes and tobacco since i got the machine and have cleaned the machine several times. Being captain black tobacco that i smoke a pack and a half a day these issues are killing me. no to mention i have been pulled over for smoking a pipe in while driving.
