There is no amount of sealer that would fix that problem. Needless to say we are very, very unhappy with this tent. For the price, this tent served my wife and I well over several camping seasons in PA State Parks.

Rain fly is too big — it needs one side cut differently to allow to get in and out of the tent. I could make a better shelter out of cardboard boxes and scotchgard. Also using a ground cover under ozark hammock chair the tent (seems obvious to me) will help prevent water from coming in from the underside of the tent. Thank you OZARK for making camping nights with small children just a little more difficult!!!!

This tent comes with the LED light integrated in its structure. The picture below shows the light on in one out of three modes, low, medium and high light. There is a pocket for batteries and with the switch on the ceiling, it is visible in the picture. The picture below shows the tent without the fly so you can see the frame. As you realize this is a nicely balanced construction, very stable and self-supporting.
The door can be zipped up from both the inside and outside. The zipper quality is not the best, it’s a little bit noisy, and it always, always snags from the outside because of this green rain cover. The lowest height in the tent, which is at the four corners, is about 65 inches. This is slightly taller than my height, so I could stand ozark trail canopy up everywhere inside the Ozark Trail Tent, even at the corners. Finally, attach all the pole clips, place the rainfly over the Ozark Trail tent, secure it, and stake out the entire tent. On the other hand, I’ve had some of my Coleman Tents for about 3 to 4 years now, and I never noticed any of the tent fabric becoming sticky.
It was still in great condition and had lots of use left in it. I was super happy with the tent, especially for what we paid for it. They might not be great for winter camping, and they’re not rated for hurricane-force rains, but they will give you a great camping experience in fairer weather. Like any brand, Ozark Trail tent’s waterproof resistance and performance will depend on each tent’s design, the tent material, and factory flaws. For example, many of their tents come with factory sealed seams. This allows you to have great water resistance right out the door without having to seal the seams yourself.
