COLEMAN EXTREME WEATHER SLEEPING BAGS

Etsy is no longer supporting older versions of your web browser in order to ensure that user data remains secure. If this bag were ice cream, it would be a single scoop of vanilla, topped solely with a respectable dusting of sprinkles. Provide us your artwork or pick from our stock art library and one of our experts will design it for you.

It’s a little slippery on the inside, which makes getting in and out easy, but the outside isn’t slick, so it doesn’t slide around on a cot, sleeping pad or air mattress. The Big Bay also has a cinchable hood, no-snag zipper and plush collar, plus it allows for foot ventilation, just like the Forte. Sleep comfortably under the stars in the Coleman® Autumn Trails 20 Big & Tall Sleeping Bag, even when the temperature drops to 20°F outside. Lightweight for Coletherm® hollow polyester insulation helps keep you comfortable all night long. The Comfort Cuff design makes sure you only have soft fabric around your face while you sleep.

Anything above 4 pounds is generally best for car camping and recreational use. With this Coleman Warm Weather Sleeping Bag with Wrap N Roll, you’ll have no problem handling the heat and the warmth while still maintaining comfort. In fact, it’s great in cool weather too, ensuring that you’re properly wrapped up and protected from the outside weather. And when you’re camping, nothing’s more important than a good night’s sleep.

This year, I focused on finding the perfect sleeping bags for camping. Our kids already had sleeping bags but my husband and I didn’t. We just used bedding from home but I don’t like lugging that around and it doesn’t pack up as coleman sleeping bag conveniently as sleeping bags. When I found my perfect picks, Coleman provided samples in order to facilitate review. In a controlled environment, I ran a heat-retention test using a wire probe thermometer and hot water bottles.

When it’s time to pack up, the patented Roll Control™ System keeps the bag in place for easier rolling, and the stuff sack makes storage a cinch. The Coleman Big Bay 20° mummy bag emerged as the best value pick in my sleeping bag review, and the Nemo Forte Synthetic Sleeping coleman canopy Bag (available in men’s and women’s) was given the top overall spot. The Nemo Forte is a more luxurious-feeling synthetic sleeping bag—the fabric is more supple and the insulation loftier—but the Big Bay doesn’t feel as slick as many bags around the same price do.

After our testing, the thing we found missing from the Brazos compared to other bags was comfort. It’s warm and well-made — just keep in mind that it’s also small. We feel it would be great for young kids or teens, both of which tend to be hard on shoes, clothes, cars, and just about everything else. This bag will stand up to their spills, mistakes, and overall mistreatment. And if it doesn’t withstand it all, you’re not out a ton of cash. Durable zippers and a draft tube allow for easy entry and exit.

ThermoTech® insulation helps keep them comfortable all night long. The Comfort Cuff™ design makes sure they only have soft fabric around their face while they sleep. Thanks to the ZipPlow™ zipper, they’ll get snag-free opening and closing every time. A few small things, such as gloves or a flashlight, will fit inside the interior tuck pocket.

While many of the items on Etsy are handmade, you’ll also find craft supplies, digital items, and more. Found something you love but want to make it even more uniquely you? When it comes to packed size, the Brazos landed close to the middle out of all of the bags we tested. It isn’t the largest bag in our lineup, but it certainly isn’t the smallest. Based on our most recent testing, it appears the latest version of the Brazos is significantly more watertight.
