I explained we bought at the end M of August and rode for about 2 months and had to put them away because of winter and only now were able to take them back out. I said if they were still able to ride instead of snow we would have found the defect but because of weather we were not. Asked if they would cover the crank or exchange because its definitely a defect or they just make junk bikes. The representative was again very rude and stated that they have a 6 month warranty I was past that and they would not cover anything. I stated if you wont cover a def6part no matter how long ou ts been then when pi uld I was th to do business with y ou u.

All your company cares about of making a dollar not the safety or well being of their customers. I will never buy or use another kent mountain bike and none of mg children will either. They are the worst made bikes I have come across and dont honor their workmanship or parts. The dont care about the issues or any defective parts as long as they can just hang on to the money.
