With its maiden voyage being the island of Palawan in the Philippines, I had to accept pretty early on that it was going to get trashed.
I asked for a home delivery (not a pick up) but UPS left the suitcase at their UPS drop off point with no attempt made to deliver it to my address as agreed at time of purchase. I tried to change this on the UPS website but I couldn’t even log in. So I emailed American Tourister asking them to honour the home delivery and I’ve yet to receive an email back from them. Called company and was told they do not have replacement part.
