I recently purchased a medium suitcase from their website. I asked for a home delivery (not a pick up) but UPS left the suitcase at their UPS drop off point with no attempt made to deliver it to my address as agreed at time of purchase. I tried to change this on the UPS website but I couldn’t even log in. So I emailed American Tourister asking them to honour the home delivery and I’ve yet to receive an email back from them.
My time and efforts to write a review have not been appreciated.So, the reviews on their website are 100% biased and are allowed only if there is a significantly positive review. I look forward for the company to become transparent and engage directly with genuine customers and their feedback. We bought a bright yellow hard shell suitcase from Tesco. Came through Belfast International into Manchester and we were left with half of one zip keeping the bag closed. Simply because I am not buying another case when we have to return this one.
