Custom Ozark Trail Products

I’m using my North facing deck as the staging area which receives direct sunlight at almost all hours of the day. I also placed  a small weather system on the deck rail to help get a sense of how hot surface temperatures are in the area. On one of the ozark trail canopy hottest days, the remote sensor reported temperatures exceeding 107 Degrees Fahrenheit while the air temp was in the high 80’s. Cooler’s have become somewhat of a status symbol in the outdoors and many equate the bigger brands with better quality.

Therefore, a cup that is sturdy, reliable, warm, cold and easy to carry is very important. It seems to be the same quality tumbler as more expensive competitors; you just aren’t paying for the Ozark Trail, Yeti or RTIC name. We wanted to review a generic version to see how it compared to the now-popular Ozark and the legendary Yeti tumblers. A petite person or child may find the 30 ounce size to be a bit of a challenge to use.

And no, I did not buy a Yeti cup…I bought an Ozark Trail insulated tumbler. I’ll be totally honest, I was not expecting this cooler to be as nice as it was. It’s easy to get caught up in brand perception and often times very difficult to break away from what you think you know about a brand. I used the word “think” intentionally, because what I thought I knew about Ozark Trail was not correct. Ozark Trail is proving to be a really solid competitor for outdoor products. This cooler has a number of features that you would find on more expensive coolers and a few that you won’t find.

It is very much capable of keeping your coffee and tea hot for an extended period. I used the weeding tool to remove all of the vinyl I didn’t want transferred onto my tumbler. I then cut around the design so I could save as much of the vinyl scrap for future use as possible. Not only is ozark trail chair the Ozark Trail line of thermoses BPA free but they are also rust proof and feature a sweat-proof design. Using a thermal imaging scope from ATN, I filled one of the 22oz mugs with water boiled to 185 degrees Fahrenheit and another filled with water boiled to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

The locking lid and open mouth lids do seem to provide similar results when paired with the 22oz Tumbler, but I had one more text I wanted to run. Like most things in life, there is so much more that goes in to your coffee than flipping on your coffee machine. To achieve the optimal cup of coffee you have both a recommended brew temperature as well as a recommended serving temperature. The crazy thing here is that these recommendations were not only provided by a group of hipsters who assembled at their local coffee shop.

Another great thing that Walmart provides is the ability to purchase the 32oz Ozark Trail Tumbler in quantities of 1, 2, 4, or 6. As an avid outdoorsman, I can say from experience that a hot drink on a cold morning or a cold drink in the blazing heat of a midsummer day is a creature comfort that I can’t live without. I am not only an avid coffee drinker, but I am also the former co-owner of a coffee roasting company, so when I say I take coffee seriously I absolutely mean it. Having such a deep love of a great tasting cup of coffee I am always on the hunt for a  thermos to keep my brew in.

But there are things that can come in the way that may prevent us from sipping that warm beverage, like an urgent staff meeting. During those instances, you’d really want to have a tumbler that can keep your coffee for a long time.
