All our frames are put together by hand in batches and then assembled before being shipped over to our warehouse. In 2019 Genesis became aware of a potential problem involving the durability of Samox AF-13 single speed chainsets, specified on certain Day One models. Unfortunately we do not range Genesis branded components for after sale. We now have a list of rear-mech hangers compatible with Genesis bikes – please visit your local dealer to order one. It’s really hard to give safe and accurate technical advice over the internet!
