She is very personable and was attentive to our needs and took the time to be sure everyone was doing okay and having a splendid holiday. She was knowledgeable about every part of the itinerary and added life to every aspect of our trip. She also answered questions without hesitation and ALWAYS HAD a smile for us. Occasionally, she would treat us to a joke to make us laugh. She was sure to verbally tell what the next day would bring and followed up in writing to be sure everyone was fully aware of what was coming.
The information they provided was comprehensive. On the ground in Uganda, the local team was superb. The initial briefing by the welcoming team put us at ease.
I encourage all future travelers to sign up for the optional tours to get the full experience of the areas you will visit. The trip to Namibia was beautiful and unique. Everything was so well planned out. Our tour guide, Nathi, was absolutely the best. He was so knowledgeable and the information that he told us was amazing. We are so glad that we were able to have him as our tour guide.
Another great hotel was the coffee lodge in Ngorongoro. The rooms were huge, and the pool overlooked the jungle. On top of all that greatness then you add that we saw all of the Big 5, the great migration, a lion kills, lion mating, a mongoose eating a snake and so much more!
