I have traveled with other tour companies before, but this was my first time traveling with Gate 1 and the entire process has been seamless. How lucky was I schwinn mountain bicycles That there were only 2 other guests. The best thing about it was our guide Godliving. He was the smartest, well versed , caring and so loyal to gate 1.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up all purchased lots. Roller personnel is there to assist / locate items but not to verify all items have been picked up. We will attempt to assist with this, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer.
He was usually the first vehicle in our group to reach the wildlife, and was able to maneuver for the best photo angles. He is the ultimate professional, being respectful of the guests’ needs, and was able to share what life was like for him and his family living in Tanzania. We have visited 46 countries and this trip rates at the top with much of the credit going to Laurence. Climbing on big daddy dune, bush dinners and the game drives at Etosha National Park were the highlights. Silver was a great guide and provided us with useful information and interesting history. James was the driver and kept us safe on the drives.
One day just wasn’t enough to enjoy the view and the amenities but both resorts just took your breath away. My favorite, had to be the pride inn. In the past, Mongoose bicycles were at the top of the class. But now, they might be second or third.
There are many reasons why it was great, most of all was our tour director, Renier. He was a delight, went above and beyond what I and others would have expected. He was knowledgeable, conversant, and just a wonderful human being. Additionally, we had a very cohesive group of 36 people, and we bonded well.
It was so much more than just the safari game drives and river excursions – though those were numerous and spectacular! Of course, we saw (up close) the Big Five and more! It is amazing to be directly within the wildlife’s own habitat. You are in the cage, and the animals roam free! At one time a lioness strolled by within 2 feet of my shoulder.
