Ozark Trail Adult Instant Screen House Grey 1 each Delivery or Pickup Near Me

I need to replace the center hub (CTRH-02) since this broke while I was using it. Conditions of items will be either LIKE-NEW, OPEN BOX or DAMAGED. We do our best to describe the items and their condition, however, all sales are final. That’s what we get with foreign made products. An absolute waste of money and time, and cost plenty of aggravation. So far this sounds like a poor review, so let me say that, as the picture shows, the product did eventually reach a state of functionality of sorts.

I contacted Wal-Mart (1-800-WALMART) to see where I could get a replacement pole for the tent. They are idiots and seemed like they didn’t want to help me by supplying me with the manufacturer’s phone number. Absolutely no offer to resolve the issue. Absolutely no apology for the poor quality of the product. When I got the thing home and deboxed it, the reality began to set in.

We will not replace the 3-way hubs again. Had the screen house for 4 years. A gust of wind probably around 50 MPH took it down. Broke all four corner hubs and bent all 1b poles beyond repair. We loved it when it stayed together.

Now unable to get all the parts I need to make it worth repairing. I purchased Model #WT98010R and I’ve had it for 2 years and have put it up probably 6 times. This summer I had it up in the backyard after a birthday party for several days and one of the poles broke during a bad storm while I was at work. I bought two of these tents new last year from a yard sale.

This product from the list of stuff that I wish I never had bought it would in the top two. Setting up the screenhouse you need an army of people to hold the frame in place to put the screen over. Then the hooks don’t even reach the holes at the bottom of the ozark trail canopy poles. Then if you can manage to get that far, you have to run like crazy to get it tied down before if falls over. Bottom of screen doesn’t even tough the ground. We bought this screen tent about 2 years ago and just took it out of the box to put it up.

No apology, no offer for a resolution. The product is garbage and the customer service is worse. This is totaly wrong that a company doesn’t keep parts in stock. I was told to try and return it to the place I purchased ozark trail screen house it or wait the 4-6 weeks. Well I’m a camper and I intend to use this weekly. The rest of the process was funny too, with wimpy frizzy guylines, and inexplicable bits of plastic that are supposed to tighten them.

It gets used very hard every summer. It’s starting to wear out and I’m looking to replace but can’t find one anywhere. Can someone point me to the person please. Tried to buy replacement parts but they were discontinued. The screening and roof are all in excellent condition, along with all the poles, etc. With two more roof poles, I’m sure this could be prevented.
