Ozark Trail 13′ x 9′ Blue Roof Screen House each Delivery or Pickup Near Me

I need to replace the center hub (CTRH-02) since this broke while I was using it. Conditions of items will be either LIKE-NEW, OPEN BOX or DAMAGED. We do our best to describe the items and their condition, however, all sales are final. That’s what we get with foreign made products. An absolute waste of money and time, and cost plenty of aggravation. So far this sounds like a poor review, so let me say that, as the picture shows, the product did eventually reach a state of functionality of sorts.

To make matters worse, sometimes I’m so ashamed of the purchase that I can’t even bring myself to return it. Find the best hiking/camping product for your next outdoor adventure using our independent reviews and ratings. Trailspace’s community of gear reviewers has field-tested and rated the top tents and shelters. My experience with Ozark Trail equipment has been to reinforce the old adage “you get what you pay for”. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a good screen house spend the additional money and get a Swiss Gear. Don’t try to save a few dollars and end up with a POS like this one.

It gets used very hard every summer. It’s starting to wear out and I’m looking to replace but can’t find one anywhere. Can someone point me to the person please. Tried to buy replacement ozark trail chairs parts but they were discontinued. The screening and roof are all in excellent condition, along with all the poles, etc. With two more roof poles, I’m sure this could be prevented.

I contacted Wal-Mart (1-800-WALMART) to see where I could get a replacement pole for the tent. They are idiots and seemed like they didn’t want to help me by supplying me with the manufacturer’s phone number. Absolutely no offer to resolve the issue. Absolutely no apology for the poor quality of the product. When I got the thing home and deboxed it, the reality began to set in.

The hubs on the tent and the construction of the design are worthless. Leave it up for an evening … A light misting rain and it’s all over. The hubs break and the legpoles bend beyond repair. One mad idea often begets another, and that is how this $34.95 purchase came about.

The Screen House is spacious enough for six people, or more around a folding table in an uninterrupted 360-degree panoramic shelter. Wasn’t even able to get the tent set up in a mild wind before one of the corner plastic parts broke. I purchased my tent a couple of years ago, but time passed and just got it out to put it up.

Also, one of the parts broke before using it one time. I have been trying to replace it ever since I lost it in a wind storm. I put it up in my yard for my now wife’s bridal shower. I had it spiked down and secured really good. It looked wonderful in the yard so I decided to leave it for a while.

We have a love-hate relationship with this screen tent. But, the slightest wind or rain and the whole thing comes down ozark trail screen house because of flimsy roof design. After multiple storms/fall downs, the screen portion has suffered some massive wounds.

This product from the list of stuff that I wish I never had bought it would in the top two. Setting up the screenhouse you need an army of people to hold the frame in place to put the screen over. Then the hooks don’t even reach the holes at the bottom of the poles. Then if you can manage to get that far, you have to run like crazy to get it tied down before if falls over. Bottom of screen doesn’t even tough the ground. We bought this screen tent about 2 years ago and just took it out of the box to put it up.

The were never opened by the seller. We have only been using one since. After a pretty bad storm at the beach, a few of the poles broke…so we are moving onto the next new one and selling the first for parts.
