It is made from a breathable polyester material that keeps little one’s snug while they sleep. The zipper closure is up the side makes it easy to get into and out of in the morning. A carrying bag is included for convenient transport and storage. This camping sleeping bag is also available in a selection of colors and designs. With the Ozark Trail Kids Camping Line, you can be sure that your little ones have their own gear that fits their size and personality.

It’s compact, and keeps you warm and comfortable throughout the night. It has ClimaTech fiber for added warmth, comfort, and durability. The bag uses Climatech fill, a down alternative, making it very light.

For winter camping, 0° F seems to be a better starting point. Summer campers, however, will probably be happier in a 40° F model. If you find that your sleeping bag doesn’t seem to be living up to its temperature rating, the issue is most likely your sleeping pad. Check out our Best Sleeping Pad review for more info about why your overnight warmth can be dependent on how well you’re insulated from the ground.

I got in the bag, tried to zip it and the zipper tore immediately. Sleeping bag is a little bulky ozark trail sleeping bag and probably not the best for backpacking. I think the expensive bags are just marketing and overengineering, unless you are going to the arctic. You can buy an expensive bag if you think it will make you more hardcore, but I will gladly tell everyone how hardcore you are if you pay me to do so.

I don’t mind cheap…but I don’t like to purchase a product and then feel like company I just threw money at was trying to hide something from me.

Time and again, it has impressed us with its rugged durability and warmth, especially when considering how stiff the competition is in the world of sleeping bags. I purchased this sleeping bag for warm weather camping trips at the local lake. For fifteen dollars I wasn’t expecting (or needing) anything that would stand up to freezing weather.
