I also learned the hard way that you need to watch how you sit on the cots when they are set up, depending upon how they are constructed. A buddy sat on the end of the cot I was using and the frame bent because it wasn’t designed to have that much weight at that particular point. I’d also suggest you have some kind of go-between from the cot’s footings and the floor ozark cooler of your tent. I always keep thick cardboard squares to help keep the cot from ripping through the tent floor in case of something weird happening – which it always seems to happen when you’re camping.

People who did like it tended to have smaller body types, so if you find that other camping chairs are too big for you, the Skyward might be a good fit. The canopy is big enough to block most, if not all, sunlight any time of day, and the chair’s seat has a strip of breathable mesh down the middle for airflow.
While most of the furniture you can buy online today comes unassembled, that’s rarely the case for things like camp chairs. If you order one of these, it will arrive ready to go right out of the box. Just unpack, unfold, and sit down—that’s all there is to it. Regarding extras, the Ozark Trail XXL Director camping chair has a fold-out side table attached to one of the chair arms. The table is big enough to hold a small plate, which makes camp dining convenient, and a few miscellaneous supplies if and as needed.
The XXL Director chair by Ozark Trail is not adjustable. However, it is marginally above average in terms of comfort compared to other camp chairs. As you can see from the numbers, this is a big chair.
This chair’s big canopy provides ample sun protection at a campsite or sporting event, and it doubles as a backpack-strap-equipped carrying case. With its spacious seat width, this chair also offers more room than any other model we tested. And its backrest extends higher up than those of other chairs; this is nice for taller folks or people who like a good slouch with some head support.
